Clubhouse Lofts

This existing 50 foot wide building was renovated into lofts, commercial space and at grade enclosed parking garage from the rear of the building. The front façade and side demising walls of the existing building were retained and preserved. Above commercial space are ten residential lofts. The residential units were designed with contemporary Colorado Details complimenting the existing preserved façade. Floor plans are open, bright, simple and elegant to fit the downtown loft buyer. The exterior is a complimentary combination of stucco and masonry with metal details.
