300 S. Logan, originally built in 1898, is currently being reinvented under a new name, Logan Corner. This Design|Build project is located at the intersection of Logan Street and Alameda Avenue. The 18,000 square foot building, associated with the Undertaker and Mortuary business over the last century, is being renovated into 8,700 square feet of commercial space on the main floor and twelve apartment units on the upper floor.
