One wet bar is located in the secondary family room in the basement and the other is in the loft on the roof level.  The roof decks provide locations for  hot tubs and will have amazing views of downtown Denver and the Rockies. Total square footage for each side, including finished basement, is 3,246.  Exterior and interior finish materials will be a mix of traditional and modern making this a perfect transitional style home to fit any family.  This duplex is located in the heart of the highlands and is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars.

Newton is set for completion summer 2017.

Briar Common Restaurant + Brewery

2298 Clay St. was originally built in 1890 and has served as a printing shop, bridal store and everything in between. This building needed attention and a lot of TLC to become a space that the residents of Jefferson Park could enjoy.

A restaurant and brewery was the perfect fit for the quickly densifying neighborhood.

We had to take a unique approach in restoring and revamping the existing building – to balance its historic character while giving it new life and purpose. We restored the original brick (both inside and out) and glass storefront, while adding a new second story and roof deck to take advantage of the views of Jefferson Park, downtown, the stadium and the mountains.

Most of the materials used were sourced locally, including antique tin ceiling tiles, barn wood and bowling lanes.

Briar Common Restaurant + Brewery can now call this one-of-a-kind space, home.

Starting September 2016, their initial hours are 4pm-10pm Sunday thru Thursday, 4pm-11pm Friday and Saturday. Weekend brunch will be coming soon.

Cheers!
